Bio-organic fertilizer “Urozhay-C”

Bio-organic fertilizer “Urozhay-C” is produced by anaerobic digestion of hen droppings.
Two useful products result from this conversion: fertilizer and combustible biogas which can be used to produce electrical and /or thermal energy.

During 2000-2003 agricultural seasons fertilizer solution “Urozhay-C” successfully passed field and green-house tests. This fact justified standardization and certification of the fertilizer. The fertilizer is registered on permanent basis with the Russian State register of pesticides and agricultural chemicals authorized for use in Russian Federation.
State registration number is 25-14099(141000, 14101)-0650-1.

Fertilizer solution “Urozhay-C” is ecologically harmless and ready for use concentrated product. It is recommended to water down it before use in proportion from 1:10 to 1:20. It does not contain pathogenic micro flora and germinating weed seeds. The fertilizer is universal: it can be used for all cultures and all soils. Its advantages and features are linked with the production method. Methane fertilization allows keeping all nitrogen in ammonium or organic form. Phosphorus in fertilizer is mainly appeared in the form of phosphatides and nucleoproteins, potassium is appeared in the form of soluble salts, that provides their best assimilability with plants. Amount of the available nitrogen reaches 100%, phosphorus- 70%, potassium- 90%. Fertilizer contains full set of micro-elements, humic and fulvic acids and their salts are appeared in sufficient amount. There is a lot of calcium in the fertilizer which assists the soil deoxidization.

The main feature of the fertilizer is that it contains active useful micro-organisms, methanogens and related bacteria. These rhizospherous micro-organisms, getting into the soil, render immense influence over the plants, providing them with physiologically active materials, vitamins, available nitrogen (nitrogen fixation), intensify phosphates’ solubilization, release from the soil minerals other plant nutrients. According to research data of Moscow State University fertilizer solution “Urozhay-C” assists intensification of these features in simulating increase community of micro-organisms, since it contains a special kind of bacteria. Nitrogen deficiency in the soil while using the fertilizer is compensated up to the application rate according to NPK, i.e. the “modest NPK” secures high harvest rate under low application rate. The fertilizer directly intensifies the activity of photosynthesis – the main process in plants.

When the fertilizer is used constantly humic materials are formed in the soil, aeration is improved, as well as water-retaining and infiltration abilities and cation exchange. Natural restoration of the lost fertility of soils’ goes on. Since exothermic processes go on in the soil while using microbiological fertilizer, its heat capacity is increasing, this leads to acceleration of emergence, florification and fruiting and to the better foot formation.
Microbiological culture which is introduced into the soil with fertilizer is well adapted to the changes of external environment that dominates in the community, therefore it inhibits reproduction of harmful bacteria and gives an opportunity to reduce the use of poisonous chemicals.

Fertilizer contains natural stimulators of the plant growth: giberrelins and auxins. These are active in very small concentrations. Their presence is linked with the effectiveness of the fertilizer under high extent of solution and low application rate.
